- Turquoise Mountain turquoise comes from the Cerbat Mountains in Mohave County, AZ. It is part of the Kingman mining operations and one of the two main turquoise deposits along with Ithaca Peak. Turquoise Mountain turquoise is marketed separately from the rest of the Kingman and Ithaca Peak material. Ranging in color from deep blues to lighter blues with a greenish hue, much of the quality Turquoise Mountain material has very nice webbing that can be brown, black or “water web” which is lighter or darker turquoise colored webbing.
